Booking Information

​

  • Rentals are from Thursday to Thursday.

  • Minimum stay is 7 days.

  • Check-in is from 4pm onwards and check out by 10am.

  • You will need to vacate the villa by 10am on your day of departure. Should you have a late flight or have a few hours to lose, if you speak to reception they will let you know where your luggage can be left and should you wish, access to a shower room.

  • A £100 non-refundable deposit per week will need to be paid to secure a booking.

  • Full balance needs to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival. If this is not received you booking will be cancelled.

  • Air Conditioning is not included in the weekly rental. Should you wish to use the air-conditioning this can be paid up front for £35 per week. Should you wish to use the air conditioning whilst you are out there please contact reception who will be able to let you know the cost. If using the air conditioning reception will request a 50 euro deposit for the remote controls, which will be returned when the remote controls are returned to reception.

  • Payment is via Bank Transfer to a UK Bank.

  • Please contact us for our weekly rate.
