Villa 126 - Las Brisas, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Villa Amenities 

 

Our 2 bed Villa is ideally setup for a 4 person occupancy with a king's size bed in the main bedroom, with en-suite and twin beds in the second bedroom. Both Bedrooms have mosquito blinds, air-conditioning units and small safe's. The main bedroom also has a wall mounted TV (although not shown in our current photos, as this has been a new addition).

 

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a full size dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freeze, oven, hobb microwave and all you need for a self catering break from home.

The main bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Bed linen and towels are provide thought-out your stay. Towels for using around the pool can be obtained from reception free of charge, although they will ask you to leave a deposit. When you return the Pool towels at the end of your stay to reception your deposit will be returned.  

​

We use the onsite housekeepers to clean the villa and ask them to clean and provide bed linen and towels as per the cleaning schedule for the timeshares.

 

Within the open plan living space is a large screen TV, Blu-ray disc player and hi-fi. The TV channels are provided by the on-site TV system.

Our Patio has been completely tiled and on one level and has been furnished with a patio table and chairs and a couple of sun loungers. The pergola is fully covered over as the patio can be a sun trap.

WIFI is provide by the complex and is accessible from within the villa with login details obtained from reception.   

​

Should you have any issue whilst staying in our home we have signed up to Las Brisas's Maintenance programme so please contact reception who will be ale to assist.
